How To Have A Baby

Having a baby is not rocket science. We all know the mechanics of how to do it, but there are secrets to how to do it right, meaning doing it so that you can get pregnant when you want to and with the kind of baby you want to.

There are reasons why people are not successful in their attempts at conceiving, and there are reasons why people are successful in their efforts to predetermine the sex of their baby. All that's needed is a bit of education and knowledge and you can have the same happy results.
 

How To Have A Baby

There are plenty of resources available to help couples get pregnant and conceive a baby; there are even videos that show you how to get pregnant! But if you haven't been successful in your initial attempts, you don't need a tutorial or visuals to get pregnant; you just need more information.

The very first thing you need to figure out is exactly when you are ovulating. There are lots of cues and clues that your body provides, so don't guess and don't assume that it's going to be right in the middle of your cycle. Carefully observe the messages your body provides, including a slight pinching feeling on the day that you ovulate, and a change in the consistency and appearance of your cervical fluid. The cervical fluid is the superhighway that sperm travels to get to the egg, and your body makes it as slippery and thin as possible to make it happen; nature wants you to get pregnant.

If you chart the days that these signals appear over the course of a couple of months, you'll increase your chances. Have sex often, because the more frequently a man ejaculates, the more mobility his sperm has.

Don't skip sex for more than three or four days. If you have sex throughout your cycle, you increase your chance of hitting your ovulation day, even if it is unpredictable.

Try to have sex before you ovulate, because your chances of getting pregnant improves dramatically if the sperm is already in the fallopian tube when the egg is released. And avoid oral sex and commercial lubricants because both can slow sperm down or kill them. If you really need a lubricant, use real egg whites; they create a welcoming environment.

How To Have A Baby Girl

If iyou want to know how to conceive a girl, there are several things you can do to improve your chances of having a girl. The determination of a baby's sex is all about the sperm, because it's the sperm that carries the X (Girl) and Y (Boy) chromosomes.

There's nothing a woman can do to change the sperm itself, but you can impact the environment that the sperm finds itself in. Knowing that male sperm are smaller, faster, and have shorter lives lets you know exactly what you need to do. If it's a girl baby you're looking for, have sex two to three days prior to when you think you'll be ovulating; the majority of the male sperm will have died, and that increases the girl sperms' chances. And don't have an orgasm; the chemicals your body releases make your reproductive tract more alkaline, which is an environment in which the male sperm thrive and female sperm don't.
 

How To Have A Baby Boy

If you want to know how to get pregnant with a boy, you can help that along too. When you're having sex and you want to have a boy, use the position that gets the deepest penetration, usually from the rear, because this gets the shorter-lived, faster moving male sperm closer to the egg before they die. And try to eat food that is high in magnesium, such as soybeans, nuts, and leafy vegetables. The food you eat will have an impact on the chemical makeup of your vagina, and magnesium heavy foods makes for a friendlier male sperm environment, which is how to have a boy.
